"COMMUNITY OF COMMON DESTINY" CONCEPT AS A REFLECTION OF CHINA'S FOREIGN POLICY SOCIOCULTURAL SPECIFICS
The article focuses on the relatively new “community of common destiny” concept implementation, put forward by China as an answer to the solution of many civilizational problems. The author considers it not only as an economic project, but as a project integrating the sociocultural specifics of Chinese civilization in the context of its foreign policy projections. The article considers the unique definition of this concept (Chinese scientists stress on the highest role of such core values as peace, development, equality, justice), as well as clarifies its main theoretical aspects (value, development goal and construction logic). Applying the term “powerful cultural state”, the author tries to clarify China's peaceful position in achieving its goals, which were previously enshrined in plans of building a harmonious world, achieving the “Chinese dream”, implementing the “One Belt - One Road” project, and at the present stage - implementing “community of common destiny” concept. The main feature of this context is the reflection of China's domestic policy in the implementation of its foreign policy, that is the incorporation of sociocultural potential into the international cooperation mechanisms. The article characterizes a number of concepts that focus our attention on their applying in the practice of building a “community of common destiny” (for example, “harmony as a preciousness”). Further, the author analyzes complex attitude to this concept from outside, as there are countries, which are afraid of its exclusively economic orientation, without recognizing the sociocultural principle of its organization. As a result, author concludes about the main goal of building a “community of common destiny” stressing on strengthening common world values and developing global culture, establishing a new type of international relations based on harmony and balance of interests.
