Тhe concept of wealth is closely related to the concepts of property and capital. According to legal types of property, wealth can be divided into private and public. The fundamental type of private wealth is personal wealth because it is the desire for it in the form of the desired set of material goods that meets the interests of a person as a direct participant in the market. However, in reality, modern personal wealth is the unity of ownership of luxury goods and securities, primarily stocks and bonds that bring dividends and interest. The trend in the development of personal wealth is that financial wealth in the form of securities, or capital, despite its fictitious nature, is increasingly taking on the features of a true type of personal wealth under capitalism. Only the presence of significant capital is a monetary source of material wealth.
