Nowadays, when designing a finance lease, the importance of competent investment evaluation is extremely high. Through the indicators of net present income, payback period and internal rate of return it is possible to analyze future cash flows and make an economically sound decision on the choice of leasing or bank loan, as well as on the rationality of the project as a whole.
