The present investigation describes the process of Python software solution development for
system and agglomeration approach to industrial cluster investigation. The software mentioned automates the process of negative effects of an industrial cluster and a region interplay identification. A
Python app is thought to be an alternatıve to Microsoft Excel instruments for any models and methods
automation. The present software solution has a desktop graphical user interface, built on Tkinter
instruments. A user should interpolate cluster multiplier coefficient and cluster coefficient accelerator
values, then the app shows the information on “problem spaces”, connected with negative effects of
an industrial cluster and a region interplay. The software solution proposed simplifies system and
agglomeration approach application. It might be recommended to the officials, responsible for regional industrial cluster policy.
