Принятие управленческих решений на основе критериев разных типов
The paper considers a structured approach to multi-criteria management decision making based on criteria of different types. The differences in the types of criteria are explained by availability of different types of supporting indicators (both quantitative and qualitative), as well as by availability of missing values for some indicators. Main stages of the decision making process are considered. These stages include setting a decision making task, forming a system of supporting indicators for criteria, determining values of supporting indicators, forming a system of scoring indicators, determining the values of scoring indicators, evaluating alternatives using an expert approach, as well as final discussion of the results and selecting one of the alternative management initiatives for implementation. Five basic decision making processes are identified; each of them is related with execution of a certain set of stages. Conclusions are drawn regarding possibility of applying certain basic processes for different types of decision making criteria. Reasonability of combining computational and expert based methods within the overall decision making process, as well as applicability of appropriate information systems is justified. The proposed approach makes it possible to increase flexibility of the decision making process and validity of management decisions.
