It would seem that every person is familiar with such a concept as "the state". After all, it surrounds us in everyday life — whether television or history textbooks, political newspapers or, in principle, any other source of information. There are rarely those who think about what "the state" really is, although for specialists in international relations this is an important and sometimes fundamental problem (especially for followers of the famous school of realism, where the central actor is the state).
