Basic concepts and categories of Philosophyand Anthropokogy have been applied yo analyze phenomenon of the political leadership in the Soviet and post-Soviet contexts. Most influentional Soviet leaders are represented in the book: Lenin,Trotskiy, Stalin, Khrushchiov, Brezhnev and Gorbachiov as well as presidents of Russian Federation - Boris Elzin and Vladimir Putin.
