«Когда любит поэт…»: Пастернак VS Маяковский
The article examines the poem “Lyubimaya – zhut! Kogda lyubit poet” (“O terrible, beloved! A poet’s loving...”) included in B. Pasternak’s book “Sestra moya – zhizn” (“My Sister – Life”). It is included in the “Afterword” section and occupies a special place in the structure of the poetry collection. In it, Pasternak presents the position, model of behavior and creative philosophy of the lover as the position of the “Other”. This “Other” turns out to be V. Mayakovsky in Pasternak’s poetic consciousness. The article traces the path of refusal, the process of Pasternak tabooing the nomination “poet”, shows the connection of the poem with “Okhrannaya gramota” (“Safety Protection Certificate”), examines in detail the connection of Pasternak’s text with Mayakovsky’s shocking poem “Ko vsemu!” (“To All and Everything!”).
