In the Eroici Furori Giordano Bruno originally reworks the myth of Actaeon's hunt, making Ovid's story a symbol of the spiritual path of the heroic subject, who, fired up with love for divine perfection, unleashes his faculties in a tension towards the Transcendent, which it resolves itself into the contemplative revelation of the One as present in the world and in the depths of the subject itself.
