The article examines modern judicial practice in the USA, Europe, China and Russia in cases involving the use of artificial intelligence systems. The author studies the peculiarities of the legal positions of courts in cases in which AI is involved in making legally significant decisions, processing personal data, as well as creating works of intellectual property. The study of this experience allows to outline promising directions for the development of Russian judicial practice, which at the moment lags significantly behind global trends.
