Методологическая схема работы с посттравматическим стрессовым расстройством ПТСР военнослужащих: новые образ мира и образ жизни
Working with PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder) of servicemen who have returned from a combat zone is becoming more and more relevant today. However, despite the increasing number of textbooks, manuals, articles and departmental instructions that partially reflect the experience of specialists, it must be noted that with all the variety of described methods of work , there is completely (both in Russia and around the world) no methodological (non-methodological) support for such work, starting with the description of the specific purpose and ending with a description of her (work with PTSD) general scheme. The anamnesis of numerous cases described in the special literature shows that without deep and long-term psychological work, many cases end in a few years with a well-known sad triad: alcoholism, drug addiction, relationship breakdown and social degradation. The article describes one of the methodological schemes of working with PTSD. The following sequence of work after screening is proposed PTSD: 1) EEP — methods of emergency psychological assistance (sometimes in combination with pharmacological means) aimed at reducing the intensity of the most pronounced symptoms and rapid improvement of the patient's condition; 2) rethinking PTSD as a possibility and necessity of PTSD (post-traumatic development) and difficult real maturation (development crisis); 3) awareness, building (construction and harmonization) of new ones that have developed during development PTSD and PTSD of the image of the world and lifestyle; 4) disclosure and use of new resources of personal growth and life meanings. Mass localization of such work is impossible without the organization of state psychological rehabilitation centers, a) where a combatant who has survived PTSD can regularly attend, and b) where a consulting psychologist and a psychotherapist can work on a permanent basis
