Индивидуально-психологические факторы готовности сотрудников к организационным изменениям, связанным с цифровой трансформацией
The current study is aimed to identify psychological factors of readiness for organizational change (ROC) due to digital transformation (DT). The psychological factors of our interest included psychological well-being, organizational stress, engagement, and job satisfaction. The study sample included 249 employees of various position. Among the methods applied were the readiness for organizational changes questionnaire, the Utrecht engagement scale, the McLean organizational stress scale, the subjective well-being scale, and the satisfaction with work questionnaire. The positive correlations were found between the ROC, the overall job involvement and its parameters (energy, enthusiasm, absorption in activities), psychological well-being and position (rank) in the organization. The ROC and job satisfaction were also associated. The most important predictors of ROC were the energy, enthusiasm, and rank of the employee. The cluster analysis revealed three groups of employees based on the ROC and a combination of psychological features: "managers", "young employees" and "senior women". Our results can be utilized for organizational consulting in the context of digital transformation.
