Льготное технологическое присоединение к электросетям объектов мощностью до 15 кВт для населения и бизнеса в 2022-2023 годах

Since July 2022, the cost of preferential connection of facilities with a capacity of up to 15 kW to electricity networks for households has increased to at least 82 times from 550 rubles. In some regions, the cost increased by 240 times or more, and has been growing at a significant rate. It increased 2 times in 2023. Legal entities and entrepreneurs have lost the ability to connect objects with a capacity up to 15 kW at a reduced fee and have moved into the category of preferential applicants with a capacity up to 150 kW, the terms of connection for which have been tightened and the cost increased. The article examines the dynamics of changes in preferential payment rates and the cost of technical connection for 2022 and 2023 by regions of the Russian Federation and analyzes tariff conseguences.
