The article is devoted to the peculiarities of the sources of Soviet financial law, as well as the specifics of their systematization. Such features, on the one hand, are associated with the «administratization» of law, the predominance of by-law regulation, and on the other hand — the presence of legislative norms, the quality of which has evolved sequentially.
