Практика инициативного бюджетирования как инструмент повышения эффективности проектной деятельности в школе

The article is devoted to the consideration of the experience of involving students
of grades 9–11 in the process of making budget decisions through the use of the practice of school
initiative budgeting. The results of the project "Your budget in schools – 2021", implemented in
St. Petersburg with the participation of 59 educational organizations, are described. The technologies
of project management, the difficulties encountered by the organizers in the process of work are
considered, and recommendations are also given that specialists in the organization of project
activities in schools of the Russian Federation can use.
