The report presents theoretical approaches and legal foundations for making supranational decisions within the framework of regional integration unions. The task of increasing the effectiveness of supranational solutions is considered in the new context of strategic planning and deepening of Eurasian integration, as well as the develop ment of project management within the EAEU. The results of a comparative analysis of the mechanisms for making supranational decisions within the framework of the EAEU and other integration associations (EU, ASEAN, MERCOSUR), including in crisis situations, are presented. Its proposed the original approach to identifying criteria and factors for increasing the effectiveness of supranational decisions is proposed. The report contains the a comparative analysis of the effectiveness of making supranational decisions in traditional areas of Eurasian integration such as technical regulation, digital economy, agriculture, industry, as well as opportunities for increasing the effectiveness of supranational cooperation in new areas of integration such as science and innovation, education, green economy, climate, finance.
