The phenomenon of social differentiation in the digital age has attracted great attention from stakeholders, but the deviation of the existing research focus has not yet involved the distributional impact of the digital platform economy. While promoting mass production and open innovation, the digital platform also plays an important role in the income distribution structure as a deal maker, production process manager, and production output controller. Different from traditional factories, the open organizational structure, diversified business models, and dynamic management tools enable the digital platform to affect the value distribution process at multiple levels, which is embodied in the intra-platform, inter-platform, platform and other industries. The problem of the value distribution structure among them. At different levels, the digital platform economy affects the income distribution of different participants through the three mechanisms of monetization, dataization, and ecology, and their common characteristics reflect the tension and balance between public value and private incentives. Under China's development strategy of "making more obvious and substantial progress in common prosperity", we should deepen the domestic reform of platform economic governance from three aspects: forming a revenue distribution negotiation mechanism, changing the incentive structure of digital platforms that rely on user data, and clarifying the principle of platform neutrality to achieve high-quality development of the digital platform economy.
