The long-term success of Russia is directly related to the dynamic development of its science. Fundamental science is an indicator of the intellectual progress of society, the basis of advanced technologies and a catalyst for economic growth. It is extremely important to ensure the integrity of the scientific community and the transparency of organizational processes. The fragmentation of the Russian scientific community in certain areas of knowledge can lead to the loss of leading positions and degradation of the level of expertise.
