Аnnotation: This case was written for use in talent management, change management, organisational behaviour and other related courses. Despite the fact of popularity of talent management among practitioners and researchers, there is no vibrant cases that can disclose the full range of issues of talent management implementation in practice. Based on the real data of the company CROC, one of the Russian IT market leaders, the authors bridge the gap between practical and theoretical approaches and give students a bigger picture of contextual approach to talent management, vividly demonstrating a range of the features of a talent management system, its connection to a company’s business strategy, and how to demonstrate the connection.
