The article contains methodological reflections of the experience by the “Public Opinion” Fund to ensure the accessibility of respondents in the national panel longitude "Trajectories in education and profession." There are described the specificities of the interviewers’ roles in a panel longitude, their indispensable competence, communicative and organizational skills, specific technology to work with certain categories of respondents.
