Сетевые программы профильного обучения старшеклассников в условия интенсивной образовательной миграции

This project describes the network educational programs of specialized training for high school students. After analyzing the theoretical models and specific practices of implementing network educational programs for specialized education of high school students in Russia, the People's Republic of China and Great Britain, the authors highlight the grounds for their design. The work focuses on those components of educational programs that are most significant for territories with increased educational migration.

This work is devoted to solving the following managerial problem: the education system of the Moscow region does not create the same conditions for equal access to quality education as the education system of Moscow, which leads to high competition among school graduates of the Moscow region for budget places in universities and intensive educational migration within the Moscow region. The solution to the problem posed in the course of this work is the development of a model of a network of schools that jointly implement network profile educational programs.

The first results of the project implementation in g. Balashikha of the Moscow Region, which are defined in the project as an increase in the proportion of students who continued their studies at the senior level of “their school” in their chosen profile, an expansion of the range of Olympiads in which high school students take part, the formation of professional communities of teachers, etc. allow to recommend for implementation this method of overcoming the problems of high school to practical workers of general education.

This project will be useful for school leaders, employees of territorial education departments, who, by applying the proposed methodology and studying the described project proposal for creating an educational network that implements specialized training for high school students in the Moscow Region, will be able to answer the question about the possibility and feasibility of implementing such a model in those territories, where their schools are located.
