The paper presents the results of a study of the motivation and labor interests of employees of the largest online school in Russia and Eastern Europe, which focuses on an omnichannel ap-proach. Both qualitative and quantitative research methods were used. A comparative analysis of the motivation and labor interests of managers and employees of this company showed the absence of significant differences in the structure of their motivation. The leading motives of activity were the content of work, career development and the achievement of personal success. The priority la-bor interests of both groups were also highlighted - corporate and group. 4 components of labor in-terest are revealed - emotive, cognitive, conative and value.
