Holistic and Transdisciplinary Approaches in Educational Practices of 21st Century

В 21 веке необходимы некоторые новые мягкие навыки (soft skills), а именно самоорганизация, общение, сотрудничество, использование сложных орудий труда, креативность, критическое мышление. Педагогика – это сфера культуры, которая в первую очередь ориентирована на будущее. Поэтому высокий спрос на творчество и инновации в современном обществе становится императивной нормой в образовательной практике. К новым направлениям образовательной политики относятся развитие soft skills, обучение тому, как научиться учиться (обучение на протяжении всей жизни), формирование новой грамотности (гражданской «грамотности», навыков финансового поведения /финансовая «грамотность»/, базовых навыков использования правовых норм/ юридическая «грамотность»/, экологическая или экологическая «грамотность», научная, технологическая «грамотность» и «медицинская грамотность»). Достижение новой грамотности невозможно без обеспечения трансдисциплинарных методов и содержания образования.
