The article focuses on issues of legal regulation of psychosocial risks in the Russian Federation. Adoption of the National Standard "Risk Management. Guidance on psychosocial risk management in the workplace" is a serious, but insufficient act to protect employees from harmful effects of psychosocial factors. Given the implications of such exposure for workers' health, the employer's economy and social fund budgets, the author substantiates the need for further development of the legal framework in this area, based on the results of interdisciplinary scientific research.
