К вопросу о волевых свойствах личности в контексте проблемы развития предпринимательского элемента человеческого потенциала в системе высшего образования
Introduction. Contemporary theory and practice of educational systems show an urgent need for developments aimed at the formation of key elements of human potential, adequate to the requirements of modern social reality.
Materials and methods. Analysis of the state of the problem in domestic and interna- tional literature shows that as awareness of the key importance of individual agency in the socio-economic life of society grows, the circle of authors turning to the entrepreneurial element of human potential is growing, and there is a boom in entrepreneurial education at universities.
Results. In solving the complex multi-disciplinary task of optimizing the content, chan- nels of formation and effects of human potential in the higher education system, the most important role belongs to psychological science. What individual psychological characteristics are essential for the formation of the entrepreneurial element of human potential in the higher education system? In search of an answer to this question, international researchers are increasingly turning to volitional personality traits, to which Russian colleagues, as it seems, have not yet given sufficient attention.
