The digital transformation increases the competitiveness of enterprises as well as it promotes the development of intelligent technologies, systems, and the formation of innovative business models. One of the contemporary concepts of this direction is the concept of digital twins. The article is devoted to a literature review based on bibliometric analysis using the VOSviewer software, and focuses on the topic of digital twins. The purpose of the article is to investigate and analyze the dynamics of interest in the scientific community in the present field and to identify areas of application of digital twins.
