Роль системных барьеров в формировании адекватной физической активности детей-инвалидов на уровне семьи
The article presents an analysis of barriers to the implementation of family physical culture and recreation activities involving a disabled child in physical activity, which were divided into subjective and objective. It is shown that the subjective barriers include low or unstable motivation of parents, their lack of free time, competencies in the daily use of physical culture and poor coverage of commitment to an active lifestyle among parents. Objective factors include the lack of certified sports facilities within walking distance from the place of residence, the financial insolvency of the family, an inflexible training schedule. The inclusion of a family in the social space of physical culture and sports is a regulated sequence of applying wide range of methods and forms of regular and organized physical activity of a child, harmonized with the socio-ecological model of a particular family.
