A year like a "covid force majeure" in the world. Coordinate constraints change everyday life, eliciting painful reactions from society. “The world ceases to be one in any sense, the country ceases to be monolithic in any sense. everything stratifies, diversifies, multiplies ”(A. Privalov). What is a trend and what is transitory - time will probably show. But after the end of the covid year, it is obvious that, at least in the area of employment, there are segments in the country that have great inertia. These are various types of craft activities of the population - an informal economic practice. According to researchers in this area (polls, observations - “everything has been covered with our own feet and viewed with our own eyes”): “The economy of deep Russia, apparently, has changed little or not at all during this pandemic 2020” (Ju. Plusnin). Moreover: “We have an archaic country, very stable. And very adventurous. In the sense that for any effort of the state to somehow streamline life from the point of view of the state, ways are immediately developed to neutralize these very efforts of the state ”(S. Kordonsky).
