Настроения и отношения к государственному строительству российского общества в 1993-1995 годах: разочарование и протест
The article is devoted to the analysis of the attitude of Russian society to the process of building the statehood of post-Soviet Russia during the period of radical transformations of 1993-1995. The results of sociological research by VTsIOM, the Institute of Sociology and the Institute of Socio-Political Research of the Russian Academy of Sciences in the specified period are generalized and analyzed, reflecting the moods, assessments and attitudes of Russian citizens to their lives, the state of affairs in the country, the highest institutions of state power and key political events. The all-Russian referendum on April 25, 1993, the tragic events of October 3-4, 1993, the referendum on the new Constitution of Russia with the simultaneous holding of elections to the State Duma of the first convocation on December 12, 1993, the signing of the Agreement on Public Accord on April 28, 1994, were considered as such events. the beginning of the first Chechen war in December 1994 and elections to the State Duma of the second convocation on December 17, 1995. It is shown that dissatisfaction and disappointment with the activities of state power institutions became dominant, which led to an increase in protest moods and protest electoral mobilization.
