Drawing from system and criteria approach to theoretical analysis the present
study systemizes the strand of literature, which illustrates negative region effects
on an industrial cluster. The analysis identified 7 key negative effects and formed a
conceptual model illustrating genesis of regional negative influence in industrial clusters.
Based on the model minted we propose reconditions on negative effects minimization
and pave the way for the further studies.
