The paper describes an approach to constructing a comprehensive indicator for assessing the state of the bank, other than satisfactory, including both homogeneous structured data on the financial condition of the bank, and not structured, from "open" data sources. To construct the components of a universal indicator, it is proposed to use the methods of cluster and regression analysis applied to quantitative and qualitative data about objects.
