The training manual summarizes and systematizes advanced developments in an important part of personnel work – moral and psychological provision of the internal Affairs bodies of the Russian Federation, which, in turn, is a set of coordinated and interrelated goals, objectives, place and time of agitation-propaganda, psychological, social, cultural and other activities carried out under a single concept and plan officials, aimed at the formation, the maintenance and restoration of police officers required to perform the tasks of the level of morale.

The training manual contributes to the improvement of the level of psychological and pedagogical competence of the heads of internal affairs bodies.
