Показатели самооценки агрессии: связь с полом, религиозной принадлежностью и полиморфизмом гена FKBP5 rs1360780
This study presents the results on associations between the biosocial traits on self-assessment on aggression in students from two Russian cities: Kazan (Tatarstan) and Ulan-Ude (Buryatia). The following traits were tested: sex, age, confession, and FKBP5 rs1360780 polymor- phism as possible gene-candidate of stress-related dis- orders. The data on sex differences in self-ratings on aggressive behavior in Tatars and Buryats extend the pool of already existed data in cross-cultural perspec- tive. The results revealed the association of self-ratings on physical aggression with sex, confession and FKBP5 polymorphism. In both groups, tested in this study, the carriers of T alleles on SNP rs1360780 reported lower self-ratings on physical aggression. It is for the first time shown, that the association of FKBP5 polymorphism with confession (as a factor of socialization) may affect the self-ratings on physical aggression.
