Researchers Develop Method for Direct Generation of Regulatory DNA
Researchers at HSE University have developed a model for generating promoters and enhancers—DNA sequences that regulate gene activity. The model works directly with DNA nucleotides, without first transforming them into a continuous numerical representation. This solution could be useful for applications in synthetic biology and gene therapy. The study results were presented at the ICLR 2026 Workshop ‘Generative AI in Genomics (Gen^2): Barriers and Frontiers.’

14th European Conference on Antennas and Propagation (EuCAP 2020), 15 - 20 March 2020 Copenhagen, Denmark. Catalog number: CFP2077B-ART. ISBN:978-88-31299-00-8

IEEE, 2020.

EuCAP 2020, the 14th European Conference on Antennas and Propagation, should have taken place March 15 - 20 in Copenhagen at the strait of Øresund connecting Denmark and Sweden. The Conference Organizing Committee had prepared for this since 2016 with great devotion and enthusiasm; and we were happy and ready to welcome more than 1500 participants, more than 50 exhibitors, more than 25 sponsors, and more than 1200 technical-scientific presentations. It would have been a fantastic week of EuCAP.

Instead, it became the week where most societies across the world came to an almost standstill. The dreadful Corona virus has caused governments to close borders, to prohibit assemblies of people, and to shut down most human activities. These are very challenging times, and people must obviously prioritize the health and safety of their families and the continuance of their jobs and businesses.

However, in order to honour all the preparatory work and to serve the antennas and propagation community, we try to recover as much as possible of EuCAP 2020 on-line with the conference homepage www.eucap2020.org being the entry point. Several elements - such as Best Paper Award sessions, Short Courses, and Industrial Workshops - will take place live on-line, while many other elements - such as the technical-scientific papers and presentations - will be accessible on-line.

Doping dependence of low-energy charge collective excitations in high-Tc cuprates
Kagan M., Silkin V. M., Efremov D. V., / Series arXiv "math". 2024. No. 2411.12836.
In this study, we analyze the dielectric function of high-Tc cuprates as a function of doping level, taking into account the full energy band dispersion within the CuO2 monolayer. In addition to the conventional two-dimensional (2D) gapless plasmon mode, our findings reveal the existence of three anomalous branches within the plasmon spectrum. Two of these branches ...

Regularization effects of a noise propagating through a chain of differential equations: an almost sharp result
Chaudru de Rayna P., Menozzi S., Transactions of the American Mathematical Society 2022 Vol. 375 No. 1 P. 1–45
We investigate the effects of the propagation of a non-degenerate Brownian noise through a chain of deterministic differential equations whose coefficients are rough and satisfy a weak like Hörmander structure (i.e. a non-degeneracy condition w.r.t. the components which transmit the noise). In particular we characterize, through suitable counter-examples, almost sharp regularity exponents that ensure that weak well ...
