Целью данного исследования являлась оценка вклада федеральных и региональных факторов в работу процентного канала трансмиссионного механизма денежно-кредитной политики (ТМ ДКП) после начала пандемии COVID-19 в 2020 году и усиления санкционного давления в 2022 году. Полученные результаты свидетельствуют о том, что наблюдается заметная асимметрия и неоднородность в реакции региональных банковских ставок на ДКП в зависимости от рынка (корпоративное кредитование или депозиты населения), характера ДКП (сдерживающая или стимулирующая) и влияния региональных факторов.
