The monograph is devoted to the modern approach to the study of personality and activity of accountants of enterprises and organizations. The authors propose an empirical model of the accountant’s personality and
activity. Analyzing the results of the survey and testing of large contingents of managers and specialists of modern industrial enterprises, the authors built a model of the accountant’s personality. The current model of the
accountant is correlated both with job descriptions and professional standards of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation.
Questionnaires and 40-factor combined personality questionnaire are given. Materials of the monograph are introduced at industrial enterprises in Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan.
The book is intended for managers and employees of accounting, personnel departments of enterprises, as well as for employers and civil servants.
