The collection of articles based on the results of students and young scientists of the St. Petersburg State University of Economics and other universities of Russia researches. Articles reflect authors’ points of view in various aspects of the Russian economy and key trends of the world economy development. In addition, publications are devoted to the next issues: informatization of business management, development of recommendations in order to increase labor productivity in national companies and effective measures for the SMEs’ support. The questions of the increasing of export capacity, the main macroeconomic risks that influence on the implementation of the state programs and issues of public-private partnership as an instrument of qualitative institutional change are considered be young researchers. The collection of articles might become useful to researchers, lectures, students, graduate students and anyone interested in the problems and prospects of socio-economic development of Russia.
