Technological innovations and the growing integration of the economy of the regions stimulated recognition among competitors that some types of co-operation in business is possible by use of legal controls as standards, rules and standard business rules. These instruments regulate professional activities are used as widely and are observed in a particular transaction in order to achieve efficiency and economic success.
