Особенности управления производительностью труда на водном транспорте
The present article is devoted to consideration of branch aspects of effective management of labor productivity problem. The analysis of tendencies of a rise in labour productivity on transport in general and on the water transport in particular is made. The results are capable of general proof of underutilization of labour productivity reserves and rather low manpower managerial efficiency in the Russian Federation. Besides methodical approaches to management of labor productivity on transport are structured. The essence of the process, functional and organizational approaches to the management of labor productivity is revealed. The content of the information methodological support put to the purpose to assessment and forecasting of labour productivity indicators in organizations of the water transport is disclosed. A set of target indicators of labor productivity on transport stated in the state program documents is given. The main problems arising by using of the existing techniques of labor productivity measurement on transport in general and on the water transport in particular are defined. Recommendations where improvements can benefit the quality of an information methodological support necessary for adoption of effective management decisions in the field of labor productivity on the water transport are offered.
