Интеллектуализация мониторинга и анализа данных о потреблении тепловой энергии на производстве
Today, industry is the major user of energy. Detailed energy consumption monitoring requires accumulating of information using a wide range of information technology products. In our paper, we discuss the problem of improving industrial energy efficiency and specifically thermal energy consumption in production processes. We proposed structural algorithmic intelligent system principles for energy monitoring and data analysis with possibilities of big data processing and fuzzy estimation of energy saving capability. A data selection process for energy efficiency analysis and normal consumption estimation based on nondominance is described. The proposed methods were tested in energy consumption research of a large construction materials production facility.
