The purpose of this study, conducted at the Faculty of World Economy and International Affairs of National Research University "Higher School of Economics" (NRU HSE), is to identify if the degree of development of Communication Mobility (CM), as one of the elements of oral professional communicative competence in a foreign language, contributes to the success of passing a BEC examination. The statistical analysis of the collected experimental data on the students' subjective perception of their CM development level at the time of their BEC exam and the results of taking this examination, showed a degree of positive correlation between the value of the students' subjective perception of CM and the results of both the oral part of the examination and the overall score.
