Роль и значение билинвальности в современном образовании
Научное обозрение: гуманитарные исследования. 2017. № 01. С. 39–46.
On the ground of analyzing relevant theoretical sources, practical experience and the results of the conducted experiment the article considers the subject matter of the phenomenon of bilingualism, its multiple meanings, and characteristics of bilingualism processes development in modern educational system. The author substantiates the need for bilingual education as a modern means of educational training at various levels of education, as well as systematizes the key factors influencing the development of bilingualism trends as a socio-cultural phenomenon and strengthening of its role in the practice of the global, including national, education. The article also defines methodological aspects that contribute to the effective implementation of bilingualism principle in teaching practice, sets the degree of bilingualism influence on the successful development of substantive content in learning foreign language, the level of students competence, and obtaining required learning outcomes, formulates the principles for bilingual education programs development in modern education process.
