Развитие правового регулирования внешнеторговой деятельности в России в XIX веке
Вестник Российской таможенной академии. 2016. № 2. С. 119–125.
The article conducts historical and legal analysis of issues related to the regulation of foreign trade activity in the Russian state in the XIX century. With links to the primary sources – the acts of the domestic legislation and the provisions of international treaties is characterized by the formation of the principle of the most favored features of customs policies. Special attention is paid to the peculiarities of establishing foreign trade relations with countries of the East, as well as the impact of the fighting on the relevant relationships and their legal regulation. It is determined that the intensive development of foreign trade in predetermined the development of inter-state relations in other fields.
