Objective: To compare the working conditions, wages, and the results of work of teachers of educational institutions that have adopted the effective contract with those of teachers who will transition to an effective contract. Research question: What effects can be identified in the work of teachers of vocational educational institutions of Moscow region during the transition to effective contract? References: 1. It is necessary to introduce a system of effective contract in all organizations of vocational education in Moscow region. Since the introduction of the effective contract a positive effect on non-financial motivation and financial situation of teachers. 2. Work is needed to inform the teaching staff on the effective contract. Awareness moderate impact on the confidence of people in the organization to the effective contract.
