Перспективы развития мер поддержки инвесторов в субъектах Российской Федерации в соответствии с принципами ОЭСР
State support measures for investors are actively used by the regional authorities around the world, as well as in the Russian Federation. However, support measures may have both positive and negative effects on both the investors and the state. In order to avoid the negative effects of state support the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) set out the principles for such support measures, in the article a comparative analysis of the compliance of existing in the regions of the Russian Federation support measures with OECD principles is performed, the results of which are determined for the further development of support measures for investors in the Russian regions. In contrast, for example, from OECD transfer pricing principles these are considered much less studied, that presents interest for its adaptation to the existing support measures in the Russian regions. This article focuses on the development prospects of support measures for investors in the regions of the Russian Federation in accordance with the principles of the OECD.
