The Choice Modelling of Market Strategy with the Focus on Logistics Sustainable Development Goals
The article gives a multidimensional framework for decision making in strategic management. There is developed a roadmap on choosing the most suitable market strategy of Ansoff matrix by considering a designed set of 20 performance indicators. Hence, each indicator may have a different influence on the strategy application, so we conduct sensitivity analysis to investigate the affect rate. The sensitivity analysis is made with application of the weighted sum model (WSM). In order to achieve the desired level of performance indicators for each strategy there is designed a system of logistics concepts recommended for application.
The present research proposes application of the developed framework within sustainable development concern and digital transformation in logistics. The suggested vision of the market strategy choice modelling is similar to machine learning approach and allows its further application. The present study contributes both to academic community and industrial development: it gives an explicit and transparent roadmap for managers on strategic decision making and discovers the principal concerns of choice modelling with the machine learning approach.
