Компактные эквивалентные схемы дискретных пассивных элементов РЭА для расчета частотных характеристик схем на печатных платах в УВЧ диапазоне
The paper considers compact equivalent circuits of passive elements – chip resistor, chip capacitor and chip inductor, taking into account parasitic effects in the UHF frequency range while modeling electronic equipment units using SPICE-like circuit simulators. The technique for measuring the S-parameters of passive elements by a vector network analyzer using test PCB is considered. Usage of test PCB with calibration structures allows you to eliminate parasitic components of cable assemblies, coaxial-microstrip connectors and transmission lines. The paper describes a method for extracting parameters of the proposed compact equivalent circuits using a procedure for recalculating measured S-parameters into Y-parameters, from which the values of R, L, C elements are determined using formulas. The validation of compact models is illustrated by the example of a bandpass filter circuit with a calculated bandwidth from 100 MHz to 150 MHz.
