The polynomial based method for the discrete Fourier transform computation over the finite field
Lotonina K., Fedorenko Sergei Valentinovich, Olshevskaia O., , in: 2025 XIХ International Symposium on Problems of Redundancy in Information and Control Systems (Redundancy), 5-7 Nov. 2025.: IEEE, 2025. P. 1–4.
A novel method of construction of the discrete Fourier transform (DFT) over the finite field has been proposed. The method is based on a polynomial representation of the DFT computation. We choose to minimize the sum of the number of operations (multiplications and additions) over a finite field as the optimization criterion. The presented method ...

Construction of LDPC Codes for Single Bursts Correction by Masking
Veresova A., Ovchinnikov A., , in: 2025 XIХ International Symposium on Problems of Redundancy in Information and Control Systems (Redundancy), 5-7 Nov. 2025.: IEEE, 2025. P. 1–5.
This paper addresses the problem of constructing codes for correcting single error bursts. The construction is based on a block-circulant design of low-density parity-check codes. For such a design, the maximal correctable burst length is limited by the block size, which forces consideration of codes whose parity-check matrix contains only a small number of large blocks. However, this significantly restricts the ...

Methodology for Experimental Comparison of Redundancy for QUIC and TCP Protocols
Burkov Artem A., Rogov Danil V., Sharipov Kamil A. et al., , in: 2025 XIХ International Symposium on Problems of Redundancy in Information and Control Systems (Redundancy), 5-7 Nov. 2025.: IEEE, 2025. P. 1–7.
The paper presents a comparison of the redundancy introduced when transmitting data using the QUIC and TCP protocols. Issues concerning the impact of redundancy—including that introduced by error-corretcing codes—on protocol efficiency are discussed. To quantitatively assess protocol performance, the protocol efficiency coefficient is introduced, defined as the ratio of the volume of payload data to ...
