Медиакоммуникации региона в контексте взаимодействия власти и общества: анализ освещения поправок в Конституцию РФ (по материалам медиа Республики Мордовия)
The relevance of the study is explained by the existing need to consider relationship between the government and media in the context of the development of new communications. The purpose of the work is to consider the media communications of the region in the context of interaction between the government and society, to analyze the features of coverage of amendments to the Constitution using the media of the Republic of Mordovia as an example. The purpose of the study is implemented in the system of tasks solved in the article, among which are: 1) to trace the main milestones of the development of opposition media in the Republic of Mordovia from the late 1990s to the present; 2) to analyze the ratio of official and opposition media in the region; 3) consider media coverage of amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation. The research methodology is based on the principles of systemic, structural and comparative analysis. The vast majority of materials positively assess the amendments to the Constitution and the actions of the authorities as a whole. Some timid attempts by mass newspapers to recreate the pluralism of opinions in the regional press do not find a wide audience and get lost in the information flow among other messages. Opposition channels of information are generally not aimed at a mass audience, they write for a small group of their stakeholders. At the same time, one can observe a kind of information war between different media channels. The emergence of several political centers in the region and even political instability have a fruitful effect on the information field.
