The article examines the features of the use of electronic evidence generated by artificial intelligence in judicial proceedings. The concepts of artificial intelligence and deepfake are analyzed, and the possibilities of using AI-generated materials as evidence are identified. Special attention is paid to verifying the authenticity of electronic evidence for falsification in the context of the development of deepfake technologies and generative AI. Based on judicial practice, the author comes to the conclusion that the generated evidence is acceptable when notifying about this method of creating evidence. In addition, the author emphasizes the need to develop methods and methods for verifying electronic evidence in order to exclude deepfakes aimed at falsifying evidence.
